OVERVIEW - IWCF LEVEL 2

The IWCF Drilling Well Control Level 2 course is designed for candidates who are currently working in job roles which may directly contribute to the creation, detection or control of a well influx.

IWCF Level 2 Drilling Course provides you with an understanding of well control techniques for surface or subsea BOP installations at the Introductory level. This course provides knowledge of basic drilling well control to perform their assigned well control duties.

 

Course Eligibility

Prior Certification is not required. Candidate / Company can enrol to level 2 training at their discretion.

 

Course Delivery

IWCF Level 2 course at RIG GAIN is interactive training, delivered through live lectures supported by demo practical simulations, videos, case studies, demonstrations, class & group discussions, classroom workbooks, self-study exercises, & skill assessments.

 

Training Duration

3 Days, Course Start as per schedule

Examination on 4th day.

 

Audience

IWCF Level 2  Drilling well control training and certification is recommended for those working in roles such as:

Well-Site Operations Engineer.
Roughneck.
Derrickman.
Barge Engineer.
BOP/Subsea Engineer.
Mud Logger or Wellsite Drilling Data Engineer.
BOP Equipment Personnel. And others with a requirement to hold an IWCF certificate.
